Good Morning,

I wanted to start this Blog out with a little activity that will help reduce stress and clear your mind completely.

In this activity you want to make an informal list of everything that is on your mind and just write it down in bullet form. For 5-10 minutes don’t stop writing whatever comes to your mind.

This will improve your mental state and make your mind more clear and free of random thoughts. Once they are written down you no longer need to think about them anymore, right?

Try this activity out and let me know what you think. I do this daily and found it to improve my level of stress and I am definitely more relaxed and calm.
